CONTINGENT LABOUR
The challenge
Our client is a cleantech development and services company, specialising in high temperature pyrolysis, converting materials and organic waste into renewable gases (renewable natural gas and green hydrogen) and biocarbon.
They were looking for a global recruitment partner with expertise in the sector who could provide technical contingent labour to support the resource in commercial, engineering and project delivery/execution.
Our approach
As the roles were so specific and technical, we put in place a strategic plan that would allow us to focus on each position independently.
Due to the technology and type of projects that the candidates would engage with, our search was extended across different industries to allow us to find applicants with the right professional experiences.
The difference we made
Calling upon our experience within the sector, we were able to make ten appointments into the business throughout 2021.
What’s more, we now have a mandate to deliver a further 15 hires that will cover technical engineers, commercial, operations and c-suite resource during 2022, supporting the ongoing expansion of the organisation.
