Operating out of our Leeds office, Matt is responsible for managing a team of consultants working across the global technology sector.
Under Matt’s leadership, the team excel in sourcing candidates of the highest calibre on behalf of our diverse client base, which ranges from SMEs to global powerhouses.
Joining the business in July 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant, Matt has gained valuable experience and industry insight within the global IT and Digital marketplace. Following his promotion, Matt will continue to use his expertise to support the entire Hortor Group and our six offices in Leeds, London, Malaysia, Slovakia, North America and Costa Rica.
Matt comments: “After working in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, Hortor’s impressive rate of expansion hadn’t gone unnoticed. When I joined the Hortor family, I was keen to hit the ground running with a company that shared the same ambitions for growth as me.
“As I approach the start of my fourth year here at Hortor, my sentiments remain as strong as ever. The company culture that joint CEO’s Andy Nicholson and Andy Roe have created, provides each employee the perfect platform to reach their potential. Although it’s a competitive environment, the team is fully supportive of one another as we all want the business to continue to flourish.
Andy Roe, Joint CEO of Hortor, comments: “Since joining the ranks, Matt has consistently demonstrated his desire and commitment to support our global list of clients, no matter how complex the brief may be.
“We feel that creating a positive culture is vital to our success, which is why we pride ourselves on offering all employees opportunities for progression and rewards that are simply unrivalled within the industry.
“Matt’s promotion to Recruitment Manager further indicates our commitment to putting the very best people in a position to help us continue to expand, not just in the UK, but across the globe.”
