The right resource to deliver revenue targets


The challenge

The client was looking to expand in North America and wanted to focus on its sales force. The business required four hundred candidates to be in position within six months.

This project was critical to the client delivering their revenue targets.

Our approach

In this instance we felt that the best approach would be to use our project RPO solution.

This would allow us to allocate a team of six dedicated consultants to work on this project.

The difference we made

Working closely with the internal departments at the client’s offices, our consultants became an extension of the team. Accessing the company’s IT systems, while also benefitting from our bespoke programmes and software, meant that we could use AI to increase the speed and efficient of the project.

As a result, we were able to meet with the requirements of the client and identify 400 new candidates for the sales positions in North America.
